Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Kiana’s Beauty Lab! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following booking policy:
* A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service.
* If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
* Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
* No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total before another appointment can be booked.
* If you arrive 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
